At Twigg Musique, we want you to be fully satisfied with your musical investment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original condition.

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit us in-store for an immediate inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
