We offer a 14-day return period for most items. Instruments must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items, like reeds, mouthpieces, and earplugs, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, all new instruments come with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Twigg Musique provides a one-year service warranty on adjustments for most wind and brass instruments purchased through our store.
